Yoga Benefits

Parasympathetic Nervous System dominates
Subcortical regions of brain dominate
Slow dynamic and static movements
Normalization of muscle tone
Low risk of injuring muscles and ligaments
Low caloric consumption
Effort is minimized, relaxed
Energizing (breathing is natural or controlled)

Yoga has been practiced for more than 5,000 years, and currently. The series of yoga poses called asanas work by safely stretching your muscles. Yoga and Health are closely related. Yoga is a popular aid in improving both physical and mental health. This is basically the most common goal of people who practice Yoga - for health reasons.

I think there is a Higher risk of injury, there are certain postures that is really bad for health Cheesy

I wanna try yoga. But the fact is that there is no running and jumping. Maybe I thought it's not that fun.

Yoga is the best for health whether related to physical or mantel.
but it is a slow process & you could not see the results of yoga at once.

Both have good benefits but my vote goes to exercise, it is best to keep you healthy, if you quite or leaving exercise for time period it does not effect on your health. keep up exercise daily especially in the morning
