1)Drink more water.

2)To clean the skin use a soft warm cloth.

3)Always be happy. Talk to your friends, share jokes.

4)Try to take a good sleep of minimum eight hours.

5)Do physical exercises like cycling, walking, running, swimming for at least 30 minutes per day.

6)Include fruits, vegetables to your daily diet. Keep a well-balanced diet.
Wear low heel shoes.

7)Do medication and yoga.

8)Save your skin from allergies caused by the overexposure to sunlight. Always apply a sunscreen lotion.

9)Drink green tea. It regulates blood sugar level.

10)An annual vaccination will prevent you from flu.

11)Don't intake deep-fried oily foods.

These are the wonderful remedies to be healthy naturally. these tips gives us coolness in busy life & they don't have an side-effect on your health. very nice!
