Make Tea :
* Read and follow the instruction on the package closely.
* Warm the Tea pot and cup
* Use 2g or 1 teaspoon for a cup of tea
* Use Hot water 90 - 95 degree C.
* Put tea leaves or bags in the warm tea pot, pour in the hot water, cover and let it simmer for 3 - 5 min.
* 1st brew 3 min, 2nd brew 7 min, 3rd brew 10min or more
* person with cold hands and feets should drink warm tea
* person having fever should drink at a cooler temperture.
* pregnant woman do not drink herbal tea

Normally i drink Lipton Tea with milk and sugar, Japanese Green Tea, Japanese Green Tea with brown rice or Chinese Black Tea (Pu Er), these tea are famous for the anti-oxidant, good for blood cholestrols, digestion and etc
But i only drink them just because i just love them.

Herbal tea is surging in popularity thanks to positive publicity surrounding herbal tea benefits and the vast array of delectable flavors available to consumers. Yet when you drink a cup of herbal tea, you are actually consuming an herbal infusion – also known as a tisane.

Herbal infusions look like tea and are brewed in boiling water like tea – yet they do not come from the Camellia sinensis bush, the plant from which all teas are made. Instead, tisanes are made from carefully planned and measured mixtures of botanticals.

An herbal infusion may contain select dried leaves, pieces of ripe fruit, flowers, grasses, nuts, barks, seeds or other botanicals that give them their taste and contribute to an array of folk and researched-based herbal tea benefits.

Here are some of the suggested herbal tea benefits when consumed on a daily basis.

Achieve a more calm, relaxed state of mind
Support heart health
Aid with stomach and digestive problems
Provide cleansing properties for the body
Promote energy and wellness

The herbal blend tea of The Herbal Tea Shop is a drinker's delight, even to those who say they don't like herbal blend tea. We have custom blended our blend tea until we have just reached the right mixture of herbs and spices for drinking enjoyment.

Herbal teas are naturally caffeine free, so caffeine is not an issue when consuming this type of tea. The concern with consuming herbal teas during pregnancy is the lack of data available on most herbs and their effects on a developing fetus.

Herbal teas can be made with fresh or dried flowers, leaves, seeds or roots, generally by pouring boiling water over the plant parts and letting them steep for a few minutes. Seeds and roots can also be boiled on a stove. The tisane is then strained, sweetened if so desired, and served.
