Turmeric is one of nature's most powerful healers. The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin.
Turmeric is used  to cure ,Acne and Pimples-A paste made from one teaspoon each of sandalwood powder and turmeric mixed with milk, is very good. and apply it in face overnight and wash.
Turmeric paste made from powdered turmeric, may be used to treat cuts, scrapes, and skin conditions such as acne, diaper rash, and psoriasis.
The use of turmeric in cosmetics and skin care products helps to naturally slow the appearance of aging and restore youth. Continued use decreases the formation of deep creases and wrinkles.

Turmeric is extremely beneficial for skin. Using skincare products that contains turmeric really helps to improve your skin glow. I have recently started using ayurvedic face cleanser from Veria. It is purely an organic product containing neem and turmeric to reduce wrinkles and calm the skin. Beautiful, fresh and youthful skin is what we all dream about. It has helped me to improve the overall condition of my skin. This cleanser is great for all skin types.

yes its 100% true. turmeric has such great medicinal value.
using creams which has turmeric will bring in great results.

Turmeric is a very important cosmetic used by Indians since ancient times for skin care. Turmeric can be used to cure dry skin, acne and eczema. Turmeric mixed with milk can be rubbed on the skin to get a glowing skin and make the skin look beautiful. It also has anti aging properties as it helps in preventing wrinkles.

Recent research does suggest it has medicinal uses. Turmeric in India as food is as common as bread is in America. It is not a food, but applied onto food as a spice or dressing (like mixing in rice, mixing it with vegetables, etc etc).

It really does help protect against many cancers. For example the incidence of colon cancer and breast cancer is almost unheard of in India. It is very rare.
