Do you have tips on how to get rid of stretch marks? 3 months after giving birth, they’re still dark so I’m not able to wear my favorite shirts again. I also heard that cocoa butter is effective to lighten up the color of the marks? Is this true?

Cocoa butter is effective if applied during pregnancy. You can ask your dermatologist about products like renova. Very effective on stretch marks, brown spots, wrinkles, etc. They’re available in any local or online pharmacy out there. If you want, you can also just wait for time to make them fade away! Hope this helps!

Hi Loveetc, Here some tips im putting for you try this, If you really want to get rid of stretch marks I can recommend a system that works without surgery or non working butter creams. It removes and prevents stretch marks by rebuilding and increase elasticity in your skin.Mederma is a rather expensive but effective tube of gunk for such things it takes a while but it is surprisingly effective for me. wound dressing

there is nothing on the market that can take stretch marks away completely. the only sure thing is if you got a tummy tuck or a body lift. sounds to me you don't need that. i really don't understand why you are scared to ask you parents for lotion(?) just go ahead and ask. the worst they can say is now. Palmer's will help lighten your stretch marks over time. you have to used it regularly-several times a day. if you are up to them and your parents can afford it, there is always Retin-A. Again it won't take away the stretch marks, but they will fade. you have to go to a dermatologist to get it though. Wound Dressings

The dermatologists can answer your question. There is no proven way to get rid of stretchmarks. Some companies offer lotions and other solutions that can help lighten or fade the stretchmarks. So I would suggest visit a dermatologist to give an advice. Good Luck!

stretch marks can only be removed by cosmetic surgery. because these are permanant.

Stretch mark can be avoided if proper care is taken as soon as conceiving, like applying moisturizer in the skin before and after bath so that the skin will be easily stretchable with out any strain. if this is followed then post delivery stretch marks can be very easily removed. also by regularly applying butter or olive oil on the stretch marks will make them lighter.

This is the first time I heard about using olive oil.
I have stretch marks and I would love for them to get better, I got them from losing weight and I haven't even had baby and I am experiencing many stretch marks.
I'm getting married early next year and I would love for this to be lighten.
I'm going to take a research for inexpensive remedies for this.

Massage the area with stretch marks three or four times a day with moisturizers that contain cocoa butter as a prime ingredient. This hydrates the skin, making it more pliant. Again, this is most effective in the initial stage. Genuine leather handbags wholesale price

Your diet can also help reduce your stretch marks. Eating food high in zinc and silica will help with your collagen formation. Also, eating foods with essential fatty acids, such as certain vegetables and fish oils, help form cell walls. Eating foods high in vitamins A, C, and E will also help.
