i saw many people , they are facing eye problems, but this is the most sensitive part of the body, if a person faces any eye problem, he must visit a eye specialist or consultant.

not to do self medication it is very harmfull.

Glads a lot for the information , also having more carrots, lettuces has helped me a lot in my vision problem. The other remedy I regularly follow is washing my eyes with cold water twice or thrice in a day.

Given below are some eye care tips for beautiful and attractive eyes.
Dip a cotton pad in a cup of water overnight. Strain this in the morning and add 1 cup of plain water to this. Splash the eyes with this water or wash them with the help of an eyecup.
Dip a pad of cotton wool in rose water to which 2-3 drops of Castor oil is mixed. Place these soaked pads on the eyelids for 15-20 minutes. Eye burns and other problems will be reduced.
Splash the eyes with a weak n very liter tea solution, thoroughly strained and cooled for 2 to 3 minutes.
Place Cotton pads dipped in a cold tea solution for an hour on the eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes and relax.

Tips for Eye care tips -

1. Do not apply acne products on the eye skin area
2. For long eyelashes..,  apply a thin coat of castor oil every night. It strengthens lashes and cools your eyes
3. Soak two cotton balls in rose water, now slightly compress to take away any extra water and put these balls on your eyes. Again wait for fifteen minutes and repeat this daily to get good results

So cotton has healing qualities?

Interesting.

I knew water does, but this is news, for me.
Will do a search on this topic.

Seems like most everything works if you believe in it.
