eat a healthy diet.

get plenty of exercise.

don't smoke or do drugs.

take at least a multivitamin regularly.

do not live the couch potato lifestyle, actually get out and do things!

Simple steps to follow

1)daily 45 mins of brisk walk.

2) Eat only three times a day:D(morning, afternoon and night)

3)Never eat stomach ful

4)Eat vegetable, fruits, boiled and avoid frying and oil.

5)Avoid sugar added beverages and drink green tea twice a day.

6)Above all your mind should be healthy. Emotions like anger, jealousy and more competitiveness can affect your health too. To resolve this issue, doing meditation will be helpful.

all fruits and vegatables everyday
mix of low cal fish, chicken
mediam amount of bread
one to no sweets a week

also drink grean tea
and try bike riding and yoga
also do 10pushups in the morning
and 10 b4 u go to bed
no late night snacking!!

I take multivitamin, do cardio for at least 30 minutes everyday, I only drink water as beverage, lots of it,exercise important. the more u eat the more u exercise to balance your health.

I just answered a question about "How to maintain my beauty" and here's another question asking "How to maintain my health.  Cheesy

Anyway, the answers is easy but difficult to apply. Maintaining ones health needs sacrifices like avoiding bad habits (so long beer and smoke!) eating balance diet (bye2x sweets) and doing daily exercises (oh so exhausting) lol. But once you maintain all this stuffs, its not just sculpting your physical appearance but also giving yourself more health longevity. Cheers!

Hello everyone!


For maintaining our body health eat some good foods and fruits and do some exercises and dont get angry for anything sleep happily and do some work and take alcohols  because it will dead dangerous.These all more than enough for maintaining for our body...Herbal Supplements

main thing in maintaining the health is having proper sleep and u can have proper sleep with sleeping masks. i had some problems regarding my health and the reason i found was improper sleeping. now i got full sleeping hours jst because of these sleeping masks. they help me allot in maintaining my health as well as sleep. i bought them from Beauty Impex online beauty store:

The most important thing is to follow proper balanced diet, take in more green vegetables.
avoid drugs, smoking, alcohol...
do exercise daily atleast go for walking it will keep your body fit.
avoid taking in junk foods, and reduce the intake of oily food stuffs.
