How do you stop hair loss - that resulted from a too strict crash diet - and promote hair growth?

Smiley Forget about extensions, guys!  People want to grow their own hair back.  If you suffer from thinning hair or alopecia then what you need is the ProXtra laser hairbrush:

http://www.firsttradelimited.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=164&products_id=5227

Totally rechargeable so no recurring costs.  Just use it 15 minutes three times a week for thicker, glossier and healthier hair.

Look better, feel better

Hello everyone!

Poor diet is definitely one cause of hair loss. Stress and anxiety is another big one. The actual main reason is a build up of DHT dihydrotestosterone. There are natural DHT blockers available like Saw Palmetto. But to really reverse hair loss you need to lower the DHT level on your scalp and use a product with Minoxidil in it.Provillus is a popular one and they have a lot more information on their website about hair loss. You might check it out. They give away free trials too. For  more information click this link.

Bad hair care tactics, or not taking care of your hair can lead to breakage, fly aways, frizzies, split ends, dull hair, and early hair loss.

There are lots of reason for hair loss even stress place a vital role in hair loss, similarly if proper diet is not followed it will result in hair loss. hormone changes also may cause hair loss.
the best way to stop hair loss is to first relax and calm the mind then most of the issues will be solved.

The main thing in ur hair treatment is there cutting. whenever u or ur hair cutter cut the hairs it will effect the growth of ur hair, so i would prefer u to always use good hairdressing scissors. i have purchased some of them and they helped me allot. i purchased them from BEAUTY IMPEX online beauty store. This link will help u allot:

One widely held belief is that the over use of chemicals on the hair can cause hair thinning and eventually hair loss. If you like to enhance the look of your hair through chemical means, but are nervous about future hair loss, it is a good idea to only have this type of work done by a licensed beautitian. Many do-it-yourselfers are too inexperienced to properly perform chemical treatments to their hair, having a tendacncy to over apply the products. If you do color your hair, it is thought best to keep the frequency to a six or eight week minimum.

Tight hairstyles such as braids, buns and ponytails can also lead to hair loss. The best way to prevent hair loss is to adopt easy hairstyle.. Try to use hair care products that have organic ingredients, like the herbal ones.. Since such products contain less abrasive chemicals, they are often suggested to people suffering from the problem of hair loss..
