For teeth whitening we can use take 4 straw berrys and cut of the stem then you take 1/4 a cup of water and 1/2 a cup of baking soda, then you through it all in a blender and blend on low until it becomes slightly pastie,then brush your teeth with it and re brush with your regular toothpaste. It's taste is not good but it works....
