you dont have to go hunting for great hair, skin and body
Use water therapy
Daily morning after waking up, drink plenty of water and dont have anything for an hour, if you can do some yoga exercises for 15 minutes that can be great too
Do this for atleast 3 months and you can simply get a toned and glowing skin and body, hair is something which reacts to a great body and skin

I will do my best to do this tip.

Plenty of water every morning and I will try to do some stretching since I don't know yoga.  Smiley

I would love to have I nice skin and hair. I think every girl does.

You can start off walking but running burns more calories and speeds up your metabolism. Second of all, cut all processed foods out of her diet.Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Go to the gym also and weight lift. Exercise a ton, eat less. Make sure you eat at least 500 calories less than normal.
